Beats service sucks

Last Christmas my wife bought me a beats by dre wireless headphone.
At first I was impress by them.
Then after 1 month of use at the office, Bluetooth stop working. Since that was the main reason I got those ( I listen to music and use a soft phone on my computer), this was bad.
So I fork the 25$ ups fees and ship the headphone to beats. They got it on February 4 2013. After that it went bad.
Even if they say that it should take 3 weeks to get the beats back, nothing happen for the next couple of weeks.
Well we all know they don't actually repair them but send refurbished one.
So after 3 weeks and a couple of email I finally got a rma number stating it will take 3 weeks. I send a couple of email, got generic answer, that they were working hard to get them to me bla bla bla.
So after 2 1/2 months still no beats. Then they apologize again and say they would issue a new rma and process my shipment ASAP.
You guess it it's now over 3 months, and still no sign of a shipment.
I ask to talk to a supervisor, but hell why would they even answer.
So after more then 3 months, I still have no clue on when I will get my beats back
The beats are great but the service handling side is broken and only for that I will never recommend to anyone to buy those headset or any other devices from them.
I'm tired of excuses and "we are working effortlessly to ship them to you" answer. They just don't care.
